When you are gone, what will be the financial situation of your spouse?  Your children?  Will your final affairs be handled as you wish?  Planning your estate has both management and tax aspects, and I will walk you through the necessary decisions to help craft an approach right for your needs.  I spend time with each client to find out exactly what his or her goals are, and whether those require a basic will, trusts, LLCs, or other entities.  I grew up in a family that owned farmland and am familiar with the special challenges facing farmers who have a deep attachment to the land and to their family’s traditions.

Tax laws are constantly changing, but together we will do our best to find an approach that both addresses your estate’s tax burdens and responds to your loved ones’ needs.
